About the Event
Did you know that your Millstadt Library is neurodiverse friendly? For some of you, that's exciting news! For others, you might not know exactly what that means. In the simplest terms, it means that EVERYONE is welcome at our library.
We welcome the whole family - children, teens, and adults to come on out to the library on Saturday, April 23, starting at 10:30 a.m. to make a sensory bottle. While we do so, Miss Christa, a local mom and educator from the Illinois Center of Autism will tell us a little about neurodiversity. After that, Nichole, will let us know how our library is making some changes to be more neurodiverse friendly, and, of course with your help, how we can continue to do better to accommodate everyone.
We do ask that you please RSVP for this event so that we can ensure supplies. Thank you!
